Delete your Herolings: Tiny Adventures account

Option 1: delete in the game (instant)

  1. Open the game and tap your profile picture.
  2. Open the SETTINGS tab and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted right away. The game then closes; open it again to start as a new player.

Option 2: ask us by e-mail

  1. If you can open the game, copy your player ID (UID) from your profile.
  2. E-mail support@herolings.app with the subject "Delete my account" and your player ID (or your in-game name if you no longer have the game).
  3. We confirm by e-mail and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your player account and saved game data: game progress (heroes, items, currencies, stages), profile name and picture, friends list and saved mail.

What may be kept

Chat messages that were reported, for up to 90 days so reports can be reviewed. Your in-game name and score in a ranking list until that list is replaced (event rankings are removed after 10 weeks) — e-mail us to remove it sooner. Purchase records that we must keep by law. Payment records held by Google Play follow Google's own policy.

Deleting the game from your phone does not delete your account. Purchases cannot be restored after the account is deleted. See also our Privacy Policy.

วิธีที่ 1: ลบในเกม (ลบทันที)

วิธีที่ 2: ส่งอีเมลถึงเรา

  1. ถ้ายังเปิดเกมได้ ให้คัดลอกรหัสผู้เล่น (UID) จากหน้าโปรไฟล์
  2. ส่งอีเมลไปที่ support@herolings.app หัวข้อ "Delete my account" พร้อมรหัสผู้เล่น (หรือชื่อในเกม ถ้าไม่มีเกมแล้ว)
  3. เราจะยืนยันทางอีเมล และลบบัญชีภายใน 30 วัน
