This policy explains what information the game Herolings: Tiny Adventures ("the game", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By playing the game you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Game account: when you first open the game, an anonymous player account is created automatically through Unity Gaming Services. It has a random player ID. We do not ask for your real name, e-mail, phone number or password.
• Google Play Games (optional): if you link your account to Google Play Games, we receive your Google Play Games player ID so you can keep your progress on a new phone. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not read your e-mail or contacts.
• Profile you choose: your in-game name, avatar, frame and name icon.
• Game progress: level, heroes, items, currencies, stage, power, event scores and similar game data, saved on our cloud servers so your progress is kept.
• Social features: your friends list, gifts between friends, ranking entries, and chat messages you send in game chat.
• Reports: if you report another player, we keep the reported message, the player names and IDs involved and the time, so we can review it.
• Purchases: if you buy items in the game, payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or bank details; we only receive confirmation of the purchase so we can deliver the item.
• Technical data: our service providers automatically process basic technical information needed to run online features, such as IP address, device model, operating system and app version.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera. The game has no advertising and no advertising IDs are used.

2. How we use information

• To run the game and save and restore your progress.
• To provide friends, chat, rankings, events, mail and rewards.
• To keep the game fair and safe: detecting cheating, filtering chat, handling reports and blocks.
• To deliver purchased items and support players who contact us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who processes the information

• Unity Technologies (Unity Gaming Services: Authentication, Cloud Save, Cloud Code, Friends, Leaderboards, and Vivox for chat) stores and processes game data for us. See Unity's privacy policy.
• Google (Google Play and Google Play Games) handles downloads, sign-in and payments. See Google's privacy policy.

Your name, avatar, level, power and scores are visible to other players in rankings, friends and chat. Information may be processed on servers outside your country. All data is sent over encrypted connections.

4. How long we keep it

We keep game data while your account exists. Reported messages are kept for up to 90 days so they can be reviewed. When you delete your account, we delete your account and saved game data. Your in-game name and score may still appear in a ranking list until that list is replaced (event rankings are removed after 10 weeks); you can ask us to remove it sooner. We keep only what the law requires.

5. Deleting your account and your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at any time. To delete your account and game data, in the game tap your profile picture → SETTINGS → Delete account. It is deleted right away. If you can no longer open the game, e-mail support@herolings.app with the subject "Delete my account" and your player ID (shown in your in-game profile). We will complete the request within 30 days (see how to delete your account). Deleting the game from your phone alone does not delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example under Thailand's PDPA or the GDPR), you may also object to processing or file a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game, contact us and we will delete the account.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
